1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any of our services, you agree to our terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.

2. Our Services

We provide:

  • Whitewater rafting packages (with safety gear)

  • Accommodation packages (with optional meals/activities)

  • Van transfer services

  • Self-drive car rental (with required documents)

3. Booking & Payment

  • Booking is confirmed only after full payment or deposit.

  • Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment can be made through the methods listed on our website.

4. Rescheduling Only (No Cancellations)

  • No refunds or cancellations are allowed.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, and must be requested at least 1 day in advance of the trip/accommodation/service date.

  • Changes depend on availability and must be confirmed by us in writing.

  • No-shows or late changes will not be refunded.

5. Safety & Eligibility

  • Rafting participants must be in good health.

  • Children under 7 and elderly guests should consult our staff before joining.

  • Self-drive renters must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and security deposit.

6. Personal Belongings

Please take care of your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Responsibility & Damages

  • We follow strict safety standards. Accidents will be assisted as best as possible.

  • Renters are liable for any vehicle damage due to misuse or violation of terms.

8. Service Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust service details, routes, or schedules for safety or operational reasons.
